Abdulkadir VİCİL

 

He was born in 1972 in Tirebolu. Completed his high school education at Trabzon Akcaabat High School in 1990. From Bakırkoy Health Vocational High School Laboratory Department in 1992; He graduated from Anadolu University Faculty of Business Administration Department of Business Administration in 1999.

In 1994, he started to work in the Laboratory Department of Bakırkoy Mental and Neurological Diseases Hospital. In 1998, he worked at the Istanbul Regional Hygiene Institute for six months. In March and April 2003, he worked at the Kızılay Mobile Surgical Hospital established in Silopi. In April 2013, he left his job in the Laboratory Department of Bakırkoy Mental and Neurological Diseases Hospital and started to work as a specialist in the General Secretariat (Medical Service Process Management / Medical Laboratories / Blood and Blood Products) in Istanbul Province Beyoğlu Public Hospitals Association. Since October of 2015, Mogadishu - Somalia Turkey after serving in the Education and Research Hospital; Between November 2016 - November 2018, he worked as the Administrative and Financial Affairs Manager at Sariyer İsmail Akgün State Hospital. During this period, he took part in the establishment and activation of the Additional Service Building of Sarıyer Hamidiye Etfal Training and Research Hospital with 350 beds.

TİKA (Turkish Cooperation and Coordination Agency) organized Health and Social Aid Organizations in approximately 13 countries, mainly in Central Asia, the Balkans, Africa, and Asia Pacific countries, through the Directorate of Religious Affairs and various associations and foundations.

He completed his Master's (MBA) education in the field of Health and Hospital Management in 2015. He still continues his Business Administration Doctorate program at Aydın University.

He has been working as the Support and Quality Services Manager at Health Sciences University Haseki Training and Research Hospital since 21 May 2019. He is married with two children.
