BALCİ
Mr. Suad was
born in Erzurum in 1966. He graduated in 1992 from the Faculty of Communication
at Marmara University and from the Faculty of Economics at Anadolu University.
In 1998 he obtained a master's degree from the Institute of Social Sciences at
Marmara University, Department of Communication Sciences, and he is still
pursuing his higher education at the Institute of Social Sciences at Istanbul
University with a doctoral program in Communication Sciences.
Worked between 1988-1991 in the Beyoglu District
Health Directorate (Head of Beyoglu Group)
From 1991-1997,
he worked as a health officer at Bakirkoy Hospital for Training and Research of
Mental and Neurological Diseases. And between 1997-2000, he held the position
of Deputy Director of the Sulaymaniyah Hospital for Obstetrics and Gynecology
Training and Research,
Then he worked between 2000-2005 as Director of
Administrative and Financial Affairs at the same Sulaymaniyah Hospital for
Obstetrics and Gynecology for Training and Research, and at Istanbul Training
and Research Hospital between 2005-2012 and in Bayrampasa Governmental Hospital
between 2012-2017.
He is currently
working as Director of Administrative and Financial Affairs at the University
of Health Sciences Haseki Training and
Research Hospital since 01/12/2017.
He is married
with 3 children.
